• The 737 Handbook app offers an "in-app" purchase option to unlock premium features listed on the "Unlock Premium Access" page.
• In-app purchases are only valid within the ecosystem where the purchase was made, with no cross-platform support.
• Premium access unlocked by an in-app purchase applies to all devices signed in under the same ID within the ecosystem.
• All payments are due and charged as follows:
  • (i) For the career pass (lifetime subscription), at the time of order placement.
  • (ii) For the type rating pass (6-month subscription), at the beginning of the subscription, and automatically renewed until cancellation. The billing occurs at each renewal.
• Subscriptions must be canceled before renewal to avoid additional fees. Auto-renewal can be turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
• Renewal charges will match the original subscription price and will be billed within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
• Subscription management, including cancelation, is possible through Account Settings on the App Store.
• No refunds will be issued for fees already paid within the current subscription period. Premium access remains available until the end of this period.
• App Store subscriptions can be managed from any device or computer signed in using the initial Apple ID used for purchasing, as 737 Publishing s.r.o. does not manage App Store subscriptions.
